How to use it?

Word of mouth is a very easy promotion technique which can achieved with two ways (they are so similar).

By telling your friends and generally people you know to talk about your services, about your product or generally about what you do.
Just keep sharing your content on your social media and do nothing! Yes, this is an ability you will acquire if your business grow huge. This means that you will just keep doing what you do and due to your big audience, your fans (or your viewers) will keep talking about you to their friends.

My opinion

Word of mouth is the number one thing for your business to grow. It has helped me a lot with expanding my audience and it surely is a thing you should take advantage of. Remember, it costs NOTHING!
